A menu as it grows
On Thursday, 9. October, we invite you to something special: a menu evening that is entirely in line with our philosophy.
What goes on your plate grows right on our doorstep. Almost all the ingredients come from our farm - carefully grown, honestly processed and with respect for animals and nature. If necessary, we source what we don't produce ourselves from selected local farms that share our values: honest, sustainable and with love for the product.
This is how the evening runs:
At 7 pm, we start with an aperitif by the wood-fired oven - relaxed, in the midst of farm life. Afterwards, we move into our beautifully restored former cowshed – a listed heritage building full of charm, now serving as a warm and atmospheric dining space.
We then serve a three-course menu, prepared with whatever our farm has to offer.
Price per person: €47
Includes: aperitif, three-course menu and water.
Seating is very limited so that the evening can take place in a personal and special atmosphere.
Please arrive on time so that you don't miss the start of the evening by the wood-fired oven and the special atmosphere.

This menu celebrates the flavours of the season:
We begin with delicate tortellini filled with cauliflower, served on gently braised white cabbage and topped with a light foam of Schwarzenstein cheese.
The main course features tender braised beef from pasture-raised cattle, paired with a creamy potato-pumpkin gratin and fresh broccoli.
For dessert, we serve potato noodles tossed in poppy seed butter, accompanied by apple and homemade sour cream ice cream.
A menu that reflects the variety and history of our farm – from field and stable straight onto the plate.
From now on, this evening will take place every Thursday - as long as our supplies and the season allow.
Because what we serve does not grow to order, but at its own pace: the herbs, the vegetables, the fruit - they follow the course of nature. Our animals grow slowly, with respect and care. Everything that ends up on your plate has been created with time, dedication and genuine craftsmanship - and is therefore only available in limited quantities. That's what makes every evening special.
This is real farm-to-table cooking – direct, honest, and unpretentious.
