A menu as it grows
On Thursday, January 22, we invite you to something special:
a menu evening that fully reflects our philosophy.
What ends up on your plate grows right outside our door.
Almost all ingredients come from our own farm – carefully grown, honestly processed, and with respect for animals and nature.
What we do not produce ourselves, we source from selected farms in the surrounding area that share our values.
This is how the evening will unfold:
At 7:00 pm we begin with an aperitif by the wood-fired oven – relaxed and right in the middle of farm life.
Afterwards, we take our seats in the lovingly restored, listed former cowshed, which now serves as an atmospheric dining room.
There we serve a three-course menu, prepared with what our farm currently has to offer.
Price per person: €47
incl. aperitif, three-course menu and water
Places are very limited to keep the experience personal.
Please arrive on time so you don’t miss the opening by the wood-fired oven.
A menu from our own land
When an animal on our farm is used in its entirety, special dishes are created.
As fresh ingredients from this processing are available this week, this menu evening offers a choice of starters.
Blood noodles with leek,
beef tongue, Brussels sprouts
and juniper cheese
or
Tortelloni filled with root vegetables
on braised red cabbage
Slow-braised pork from the cauldron
on celery and potato purée with winter vegetables
Plum compote in a glass
with crispy shortcrust crumble
and sour cream vanilla cream

This menu tells the story of our farm – from the field to the stable and into the kitchen.
Cooking with so many of our own products is not something we take for granted, but a true privilege.
That is exactly what makes this evening special: a menu that exists only once – because it can only be created here.
